The article features a transverse forward and rear end, longitudinal first and second side extremity, two forward and rear corners joining each other, respectively, to the first and second side extremities. A waist belt for supporting the article has coating hook-and-loop fabric tape elements, which the article and the waist belt are releasably secured to. The belt comprises a continuous piece of elastic material that is completely open at the top and bottom and has equal width along its entire length. Several tape elements are arranged in a row spaced from each other along the waist belt and extend over the whole width of the belt. The tape elements are provided on the article and comprise two spaced-apart forward and rear corner tape elements arranged at the forward and rear corners, respectively. Each tape element extends from the adjacent side extremities in the direction of the other side extremity, and the forward and rear corner tape elements are extended outside the side extremities in the transverse direction.
